Tapas & Sloe Gin

Do you know that small bits and pieces, i.e. tapas like meals  are the in-food this autumn/winter?  People are having lots of little dishes of assorted pieces of food, both savoury and sweet?  Great for Christmas!  Enjoy!

If you like making your own sloe gin here is a good tip!  It is a very laborous job pricking each sloe;  instead you can freeze them and the freezing process ensures that when taken out of the freezer they will crack, hence no pricking! And so wonderful sloe gin after a few months!
