Wonderful fresh mange tout and broad beans

I find the best way to enjoy mange tout is to put a little olive oil in a pan with a clove of crushed garlic, heat gently then put in your mange tout and stir for a minute or two.  This way they stay nice and crispy and garlic adds extra flavour.  You may eat them any way you like but they are delicious on a nice piece of toast!

I recently tried marinating broad beans in a good olive oil with a touch of paprika and a few dried herbs.  Delicious with a glass of crisp white wine!
